 in response to Inspiration...   Inspiration I want to thank you Again for helping me. I heard from an attorney THAT day. I did stay on hold and did not hang up, but I was able to do my intake over the phone. They have helped me and continue to help you. Your such a blessing . Kudos to 2!!

I found a link through the Salvation Army regarding "Homeless Advocacy(Wake Housing and Homeless Coalition) with an Address of: Christ Episcopal Church at 120 Edonton St Raleigh,NC 27601 and a # of 919-971-6127, but the number is no longer in service. Does anyone know of Housing Help for persons in Wake County? Please let me know of any resource you think might be helpful.

If anyone knows of a home for Rent or an Apartment that doesn't require Greatly credit Please let me know. I'm going to be locked out Friday, the 20th of April and I have NOWHERE to go. I can't allow myself to even consider dragging my daughter to a homeless shelter. I'm a tax payer, educated with a job, how did this happen to me? I've heard it said that some of us are 1-2 paychecks from being homeless. I didn't believe it, but I'm the PERFECT EXAMPLE. If anyone needs an RN with LOTS of LTC- Long Term Care, as well as Home care experience with an unencumbered Compact RN license with NO disciplinary Actions or investigations EVER during my 10+ years please contact me. My license are TN issued, but I have a verification from the North Carolina Board of Nurses through "NURSYS" that shows my license as being valid and free from anything negative please contact me. I am presently employed but getting very few hours. I am able to legally work in NC and am a member of the North Carolina Nurses Association.

 in response to ekikaseven...   Thank you so much. I kept waiting for something to come in the mail after my husband went to court, and I missed the 10 day time limit to appeal. I feel SO helpless. It isn't as if we even got behind on our payments, we just paid the bank instead of the girl who we went into the "lease purchase" option with, and they took our money...kept the money orders for 5 months, sent them back all in one envelope, through the regular mail, said we should have written "Rent" on the memo line instead of "Lease Payment", waited the 10 days then sued us. The judge(Magistrate) said if my husband had brought one more of the papers we has sent to the mortgage company, stating that the original home owner had in fact allowed the house to go into foreclosure, he would not have ruled in favor of the attorney(Plaintiff), and the attorney had that specific paper in his possession during the Magistrate hearing, but he had his job to do. I read that the Banks don't want the houses sitting empty, but you couldn't prove it in our case. If you know of an Apartment Complex that doesn't require great credit, please let me know.
